After our first contact with you, we take the following steps:
Phase 1:
Discussion regarding purpose of site. Includes desired look and
feel of site, colors, logos, initial copy, etc.
We will provide a worksheet for you to complete before this meeting.
This allows you to brainstorm all of your ideas and thoughts and
get them down on paper BEFORE we move onto Phase 2.
Phase 2:
Design of web site, proof sent for approval first before
coding it up. We usually design between 2 and 4 different designs,
depending on your request.
Phase 3:
Coding up of all of the pages. Includes posting pages on a test
server for review as well as setting up email address(es), contact
forms and other specials sections of the site.
The timing of this step depends on the complexity of the site and
the specifics you desire to be included on your web site.
Phase 4:
Go live, baby! :)
Phase 5:
Small content changes once site is live. If we've set you up with
the ability to edit your pages, then this will include things that
are beyond that. If preferred, we can do this on an hourly basis.
